Any plans for noble ppa release?

My view here is that it is not reasonable anymore to rely on older library versions, such as is the case for VTK. Given that VTK is developed by the same people who release CMake, Fluidity's current autotools build has proven quite challenging to maintain at times. Perhaps the most straightforward solution is to complete the CMake build originally proposed in gh-115 and updated in gh-358. There are also discussions in gh-384 and gh-385. Happy to hear opinions and who would have some time to help; it might not be too far from done already.
