Add debug mode

Add a Developer mode in the settings.
This option should be a toggle that can be activated from the settings.
When active it have to show in a modal dialog (or in a seprate tab/page):

• all the response for the openid4vc calls (/par, /token/credential...)
• all the results of the slangroom calls
