I can confirm that MS version on latest update add all cars does not work, but if you restart the game after doing the correct add all cars procedure I do get the "new cars added" message but no cars are actually added.

Seems like some DLC cars are blocking the adding procedure on Standard version on FH5... works on Premium without problems.

A little piece of information that might help... I WAS given some FE cars like a BMW, Charger R/T, and Racing Puma, but it stopped there and the other two times I tried to get all the cars, the pop-up announcing I received cars just didn't show. Some users are saying they got it in a matter of seconds, and I noticed others saying it took 30 minutes.

Yes, but I do not have Xbox Live, and was playing in a Solo session.

Windows 11, Laptop, Downloaded the game through the Xbox Game Pass. The game is stored on a separate Hard Drive.
