We should add tests that deploy a contract/sidechain and complete a few txs, exits, and challenges

Create input files, expected output files. In travis, deploy contract, run input files cmds, check to make sure outputs == expected outputs.

Spin up Ganache, plasmad node on contract, create deposits on contract, spend deposits, verify each event ensues on sidechain

We should also refine our unit tests some more
