Images flipped horizontally on Waveshare 10.3" display (SD card image scene)

I am using a Waveshare 10.3" display with the "SD card image" scene. Unfortunately, the images are flipped along the horizontal axis, meaning left and right are swapped. It would be amazing if you could fix this and/or add an additional "Flip" function (horizontal and vertical) to the apps alongside the existing "Resize" and "Rotate" options.

That would be super helpful – thank you so much for this great project, I really appreciate your work! 🙏

The first thing I'd like to figure out is if this only happen to images, or also to text and other elements on scenes that have them? Basically, does the XKCD scene render properly, or is it also flipped?

If the XKCD scene renders correctly, then we're probably not respecting the flip flag in the image, otherwise, indeed, we should flip everything.

Hello, all messages are flipped. For example, if an image cannot be rendered, the error message on the frame is also flipped. I am quite sure there is a parameter in the display driver that allows you to configure the mirroring behavior.
