Please provide the following information

• OS: [e.g. Windows 11 Enterprise IOT LTSC]
• App Version [e.g. 1.9.0]
• How the app was installed [e.g. Microsoft Store, Flathub..]
• If it's a media problem (playing, recording... channels), have you tried playing the same stream(s) on a standalone MPV or using a different player?
• If you are using linux and do not use an NVIDIA GPU, have you tried removing WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1 from the .desktop file or from the env options (using Flatseal or System settings on KDE)?
• If you are using linux and use an NVIDIA GPU, can you make sure WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1 is still set?
