Need help with PCB

I'm trying to build a custom PCB for shift registers to avoid wiring up a matrix. This is my first time drawing one and i really would appreciate feedback if i did anything wrong here.

I have a 5 pin connector to the STM32 and for each input a 2 pin connector.

after a quick look a don't see major issues
I would recommend to add decoupling capacitors between VCC and GND close to IC pins
