main.py and display requirement

So far, the only use for the visual component of main.py is to display a "Server off" button. This is omething which can easily be accomplished on a text console - and would heavily reduce the load on the Raspi controlling the car (and increase battery charge lifetime).
No Qt Component -> no display, no VNC etc.
