Airplane mode

I put my phone on airplane mode, and when I tried to turn it off again, it seems like Apple blacklisted my apps.
I’m using an iPhone 11 running iOS 18.2.
I’m not sure if it’s related, but before this happened, the top quarter of my screen went black until I restarted the phone.
Is their any way of fixing it or should
I just stop using airplane mode?
