make deploy不会自动创建pv吗？为什么我这里pod创建失败并报错说没有可供pvc使用的pv？也查询不到任何已创建的pv

1 pod has unbound immediate PersistentVolumeClaims.
no persistent volumes available for this claim and no storage class is set

我需要自己手动创建pv吗？
