we should think in a way of allowing people to use multiple predicates versions.

we'll default to the latest one that has balance but anyway it's not good as we can have situations like:

more than 1 predicates can have balance
the user may want to upgrade to a new version if he has balance on a old one
even after upgrading, people can be using that account for something, like a multi sig
