Investigate Error `No Coins Available or exceeding 255 Coin Limit`

After upgrading to TS SDK 0.100, which aligns with fuel-core 0.41, some of our applications are frequently encountering the error:

The target cannot be met due to no coins available or exceeding the 255 coin limit.

This issue seems to be more common when attempting to use the entire wallet balance in a transaction. We've already observed it in Sway-Lend, the Bridge, and the Fuel Wallet.

Although in the new fuel-core release (0.44.0), the errors for INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS and MAX_COINS_REACHED are distinct again. The max coin error is never returned. I believe this is due to the algorithm's approach to selecting coins.

The MaxCoinsReached variant has been removed because in the new algorithm we never query for more coins than the specified max, hence, without additional effort, we are not able to tell whether the query could be satisfied if user provided bigger max
