[REQUEST] Nightmaster BRASSFACE lockability

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The problem this feature is related to is regarding people abusing the mechanics of the "nightmasters" vault. The primary reason why it's so easy to abuse it because there's no lock on the machine, unlike every other machine of it's type i.e Silverface, Goldface, or the Nerve master (what the steward uses to control money).

Describe the solution you'd like

1. BRASSFACE is locked by default.
2. Nightmaster spawns with the key
3. No other keys spawn

Describe alternatives you've considered

Code can probably be easily repurposed from the Silverface and Goldface, since they already have code written that allows these machines to be locked with a key.

Additional context

The alternative is to gib anyone whose not the nightmaster and uses the device. Which only works if an admin is present.
