create an html email body under scripts/mails the march 8, 2026 event announcement to be sent to subscribers.

requirements

• gather event details from other teams / social media channels
• design a clean, responsive html email template
• include event date, time, location, and relevant info
• follow similar design approaches to the related event post sharing by other teams
• keep all email media assets (such as speaker photos and banners) in our public mail-assets repository so that we can reference them via public URLs in the HTML and avoid rendering issues across email providers.

testing

• use mailtrap.io to test HTML mail, login to mailtrap.io -> templates -> create a new template -> paste the HTML -> send it to the inbox.
