📌 Description

  • 내부에서는 별도의 PENDING 상태가 없으나 클라이언트 응답용으로 이를 추가해야 함
  • 미제출 FAIL 상태이더라도 제출기한 내이면 PENDING으로 변환처리, 제출기한 지났으면 그대로 리턴
  • 기존처럼 PENDING을 사용하면 배치 사용하여 PENDING -> FAIL 상태를 맞춰줘야 하는데, 배치 도입 비용을 줄이기 위해 이러한 방식으로 구현
