INCL core dumped error

Afro is trying to run INCL for MicroBoonE:

gevgen -n 50000 -p 14 -t 1000180400 -e 0,3 --event-generator-list CC --tune G18_10c_02_11a --cross-sections 14_1000180400_CC_v3_4_2_G18_10c_02_11a.xml -f MCC9_FluxHist_volTPCActive.root,hEnumu_cv  $> output_INCL_MicroBoone.txt

I reproduce the error also for different fluxes. The error is the following

We are using the master branch from the official GENIE github repository

@jtenavidal I think @LiangLiu212 made some changes to the build of INCL that fixed this issue. You might try following up with him on Slack to double-check.
