[BUG] - offline install?

I am interested in installing GEOUNED in an offline environment. I suspect that the installation instructions, involving use of conda, will not work in my situation. However, I am able to download packages from PyPI and port them over to my offline environment.

My guess is that the challenge will be accommodating the dependency on FreeCAD. I expect that I will need to find or build a version of FreeCAD with a compatible version of Python. Do you have any suggestions on how to approach an offline installation?

The install comes with FreeCAD so you don't need to worry about installing separately
