The KDF lib may ban certain makers after swap failures, due to different reasons (bad maker behaviour, misconfiguration).

In such cases it is worthwhile to notify the User that maker was banned and suggest retrying the swap, possibly with a different price.
This would improve user experience and make swaps more resilient.
