Steps to reproduce the behavior:

install gns3
chose vmware workstation
when download vm ,cancel download
open gns3,help --》Setup Wizard
upload

Since you are running your project inside the GNS3 VM, the easiest to access the outside world is to connect to a NAT device.

Then configure DHCP on your interface on IOU2.

Ping something on the Internet.
