Index file "objectIndexFile.ihe" is collapsed when outputFolder contains non "F4d_*" folder #4

When "-outputFolder" contains folder that name is NOT contain "F4D_*", F4D converter complete file conversion, but fail to recreate Index file "objectIndexFile.ihe". Indef file become 0-byte empty file.
It should get folder start with "F4D_" and ignore rest of folders.
