With the release of version 2.0.0, the core carousel implementation for horizontal and vertical scrolling layouts is stable.

To help guide future development, this issue serves as a roadmap and a place to collect feature requests. If you would like to suggest an enhancement or pick up one of the planned tasks below, please comment on this issue.

Submitting New Ideas

If you have other feature ideas or performance optimizations in mind, please describe the use case, the proposed API structure, and whether you are interested in opening a pull request for it.

sure you can take it, i am not working on any feature currently. do read the CONTRBUTING.md first and make sure you run all the tests

For now, I'm leaning towards implementing the Page Indicators feature since it seems like a good next addition to the carousel. If I come up with any other feature ideas or improvements while exploring the codebase, I'll share them for discussion before implementing them.
