Updating Profile Picture Should Update Friend Requests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If someone accidentally sets their profile picture to something bad and that's the one which is loaded onto the other person's device, it could be embarassing. I think it is a better idea that if someone has an outgoing friend request and changes their profile picture, it should be updated and immediately changed on the other device.

Describe the solution you'd like
All pending outgoing friend requests would reflect the latest profile picture without requiring a force close of the app. Technically the receiver would have to already be on the bottom right friends tab for it not to change though, and it would have to be pretty perfect timing.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As of right now, when you click on the bottom right friend profile, everything refreshes. Yet if you were already on the profile section and are scrolling through the subheaders, it does not reload. Perhaps forcing a reload every time the user goes onto the friend requests area would be a valid solution for this too. (However, this solution would likely cost us more for the data to be retrieved from our database.)

Additional context
Not necessarily essential, but I feel like reducing a very slight chance of embarrassment for the user is still worth it.
