Update docs to reflect new harness impl #69

We have migrated from dylib harness to bin harness in #67
Lots of things talk about the dylib harness, and should be adjusted.
The dylib harness is still in tree, but hooked up to nothing. It should either be deleted or made possible to select (with cli flag or something). It should probably just be deleted but my heart loves the old dylib mode.
