Can't load a valid fasttrack dataset into BW

Sub-issues

1. the thing itself, a valid dataset should load ok!
2. the lack of feedback in slack... import seems to get stuck forever
3. the lack of knowledge to ssh into a server and check better logs that may give a clue. how do i?

UPDATE:
we were able to debug this by SSH'ing into BW server on google cloud and looking for the latest log output and reading it.

would be nice to have "log of the latest import" accessible easier... such as from slack somehow... maybe in different levels of verbosity, because there were only 2 lines pointing at the fact that something is wrong
