External links "About" do not open in presentation mode. #299

App: v4.1.0(dataset v.1.16.0)

STR:

Open the app
Open any chart
Turn on "Presentation mode"
Go to the chart options
Try to open any link from the block "About"
Look into console

Result: Nothing happened, errors in the console
Expected result: No any errors in console, links works as expected
