Shopping List

Team members should be able to create lists of items to submit for purchasing, and lists should be able to be marked as completed. I'm thinking that workflow beyond that should probably be left to implementation-specific plugins.

Maybe this could be further generalized to TODO Lists with different types like we have with like events and many others.

Considering ho workflow is already going to be generalized to plugins, it wouldn't hurt to generalize this as a todo list instead of just a shopping list.
