La idea sería crear un pequeño visor que permitiese mostrar una foto 360º georreferenciada en un mapa y ver hacia dónde está orientada la foto (el ángulo de visión), como hacen en Mapillary:

O el propio Google Street View:

Mi propuesta inicial sería hacerlo con Pannellum + Leaflet
