NGS Derep - a generic module for read dereplication

This module implements read derelication steps:

• Read extension:
  • Tadpole
• Dereplication
  • vsearch / seqkit rmdup
• Select original representative read
  • seqkit fx2tab
  • seqkit grep
• Remove low complexity reads
  • BBDuk

And QC steps:

• MultiQC (aggregates QC from several of the tools above)
  • seqkit stats (on each of the four steps above)
  • nonpareil (on each of the four steps above)

This module can be used directly, but is designed to be used together with other modules.
