@jonsken stautus 200 means that the request when fine. Do you mean you get 200 responses but the map isn't created? |

I didn't notice the payload you're POSTing. It's not enough to create a map. You can inspect the payload that the client sends when you create a map from GeoNode. |

I am trying to add maps to my GeoNode instance using REST API POST but instead of
status_code 201
I getstatus_code 200
all the time. I tried different things in the POST request but because of no specific error message due tostatus_code 200
I am not sure what I am doing wrong.This is the function I am using for POSTing maps:
