Enable the menu button on notifications

I think that it something that I would expect to see when I right click in a post (not just in the "..." button)

I don't have any strong opinions on this, but it does feel a bit excessive to have the same menu twice, once for right click and once for the menu button.

maybe i felt that was necessary because i was checking the notifications tab where no "..." appear

It wouldn't solve your actual issue because it's not visible on purpose / it would be disabled there.

I'll change this into a feature request for it, I don't remember why (or if) we did that, but it does match the behavior of mastodon-web, where the menu is not visible.
