Preferences not saved

Describe the bug

Every time I launch Tuba I have to deselect "Open links in-app" in prefs.
Apparently Tuba does not save preferences after session.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to "preferences"
2. De-select "open links in-app"
3. Restart Tuba
4. Previously item is now selected again.

How exactly are you closing Tuba? Settings are only being saved when the app closes properly (aka without killing it). Otherwise, try running flatpak run dev.geopjr.Tuba, change your settings and close the window by clicking the X button then tell me if there are any error logs.

You can verify the current value of the setting in dconf by running flatpak run --command=gsettings dev.geopjr.Tuba get dev.geopjr.Tuba use-in-app-browser-if-available
