Can't jump while mounted to horse.

Server console spits out -
[Geyser-Spigot] Client tried to send unused packet RiderJumpPacket!

To Reproduce

1. Mount horse
2. Attempt to make horse jump while riding
3. Results in being kicked for "Invalid packet received!"

Expected behaviour

To be able to jump while mounted to horse.

I am experiencing the same issue on our server which is running:
Minecraft Java version 1.21.4, paper version 1.21.4-82, floodgate v2.2.3-b114 Geyser-Spigot v2.6.0-b744.

Both XBox and Switch clients get kicked immediately for sending "unused packet RiderJumpPacket"
