after 1.18-naization:

2.13でXsource:3を指定してハードエラーを潰す
3に移行してXsource:compat
sbtでcross Cross.Full
動作しなかったりデグレードしてるライブラリを置き換える

そもそも1.18がクソでかで、今developでやると間違いなくかち合うので、1.18を先に通したい
