Tool description
Tool is used for creation of training data.

Justification and importance
Please give reasoning why the tool is needed. Is the tool essential or a nice-to-have?

Tool category and type
The current categories are the directories under eis_toolkit package in this repository.

Implementation details
This tool takes in point dataaset with known deposit locations and converts it to rasterdata set.

Who will implement the tool?
I will develop this tool
