Bug description

Git Sync between Gitbook and my Github repo failed.

I tried to uninstall / reinstall the Gthub plugin, but no effect.

! The links to contact Gitbook support do not work, either on the website or on the web application !

Hi @RomainRonflette - is the repo you’re trying to import private? Are you able to share it here?

Also, if you are able to open up the browser console while GitSync is running, can you let us know if there are any errors that come up?

@addisonschultz Git Sync not support private repo?
When set Git Sync, allow me to select my private repo, but no effect.
If not support private repo, should not allow me to select my private repo.

Hi @zhaohuxing - it works with private repos, but you will need to configure the GitBook app in GitHub to be able to view and work with your desired private repo! See here for more info https://docs.github.com/en/apps/using-github-apps
