[1.20.1] Provide a way to change the name a Assembler Matrix shows up as in the (Extended) Pattern Access Terminal.

I'm playing with a mod (GregTech) that has a lot of machines that have "Assembler" in the name. It would be nice if searching for "Assembler" didn't show me the assembler matrix.

This wasn't an issue when I was using molecular assemblers because they showed up far enough down that the GregTech Assemblers were all first.

I tried renaming all the pattern cores and craft cores to no avail.
