CVE-2022-42889 is a remote code execution vulnerability in the Apache Commons Text library.

File Location: /opt/shibboleth-idp/webapp/WEB-INF/lib/commons-text-1.9.jar
Could we have this updated to 1.10 version?

yes, as part of the gluu server, oxd along with oxauth and oxtrust.
