System requirements doc needed #4

Some docs regarding system requirements is needed.

If the reqs are the exact same as for the gd engine, it would probably be just fine to link to directly to the gd sys-req docs.

Otherwise, they could be added to the README, then later separated into another document or onto the website (which doesn't exist yet).
