Add savings widget

Motivation

For easier integration of savings using the ubeswap pools we are looking to have build:

• a savings-sdk, can be used by any builder who wants to build their own ui/ux
• a savings web-component, can be used as pre-styled widget

But the developer has not yet commented here, so it cannot be assigned.
