Options to crop after resizing

Hello, I knew this was suggested a few years ago but I haven't seen any updates: have there been any plans to have cropping options after resizing an image? i.e: being able to choose which portion of the image you wanna keep. Right now the only fitting options are Stretch and Contain, which work for most cases but there's quite a few edge cases where I feel that more advanced cropping options would be super helpful. Thanks!
