For an onprem anthos setup, how is the register bootsrap accomplished when using the terraform's gkeonprem_bare_metal_admin_cluster resource?
Is there an example with Terraform, without having to use bmctl?

As checked, it needs the bootstrap cluster and thus bmctl to create that. It would be good if this could be done using Terraform entirely.
