Secret Manager Authentication Error - Cannot read properties of undefined

Hi

I've got the below error when I was trying to run the 'Check selected config for accessibility',

I'm using a Google Ads developer token with a test account, and have applied for Basic Access (not yet approved). Could this be the cause of the error?

Since I'm only using the ACA API, would it be best to remove the other APIs for simplicity in the Tentacles Config tab?
