As reported in #32 - data-harmonization-sample-data bucket does not appear to be public. How does one get access to this bucket?

I think the confusion is that https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/healthcare-data-harmonization/blob/master/tools/notebook/examples/demo-sample.ipynb uses this bucket name, the sample data itself should be moved from the repo (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/healthcare-data-harmonization/tree/master/mapping_configs) into a bucket in your project.

Actually, it might be nice if repo maintainers could make this bucket publicly available to ease burden of entry, please consider
