lint:crds: ensure CRDs have shortnames

These should be automatically added by our tooling but just saw we don't have more instances of #3229 all (direct) CRDs should come with short names.

solution

It would be fairly straightforward to add a static check in tests/apichecks to crawl the CRDs and ensure we have those.
