New AC: Arielli ASW-H09B4/FGR3DI-EU

Arielli is AUX branded AC available in Bulgaria.

I have made successful integration using D1 Mini and DC-DC power convertor.

I also have two 12000BTU units and one 18000. Given they are almost identical, I believe it will work for the others too. Once I get more ESP devices I'll integrate them as well.
