[BUG] the page freezes while uploading pdf until the upload is done #3

Describe the bug
The Page on the admin panel to create handouts will freeze until it is done uploading the handout

To Reproduce

Go to admin panel
Go to handouts section
Click on add/create handout
finish filling fields and select pdf then click upload

Expected behavior
The page will quickly process the request and allow me to continue with other things
