Support for State based Store & Background color trait in version 19.4 & above

Greetings for the day!

Thanks for building and maintaining an amazing Web Builder Framework, we like the framework and are making full use of the same.

We have a product wherein one of the modules is using GrapesJS Web Builder for Designing solutions, we are currently at Version 18.4 of grapesjs & its working perfectly fine for us. Though, we want to move to the latest version viz. 19.5 since that has been stable for sometime now, we are a bit skeptical if we can do that since in versions 19.1 & above we've moved to local storage & remoteStorage.

One more thing that we believe is missing under "Decorations" in the latest versions is the feasibility to change the background color of the entire wrapper, which has been an essential trait for our product & its users, do you think we can probably give an option for customization of the same, we are willing to help out by raising a PR for the same, please do let us know about your thoughts on the same. Thanks!
