Dragging windows past the left plane results in corrupt graphics #32

Dragging the bottom right corner pass the left of the window, results in some corrupt graphics.
E.g. from demo_glium (or any other backend):

Thanks for the report. We need to support some minimum / maximum sizes on resizable windows.
