common github-cache location for all stones ($GS_HOME/gemstone/github-cache?) #63

Save disk space and more importantly download times ... github cache should be safe to share .... if you mount a tode dir and then make changes, those changes would be then shared ... surprisingly so ... perhaps when you mount something in github-cache it should be read only?
