While I run the cellDancer program with top 2000 variable genes, the velocity prediction was reversed to the progression of cell differentiation. I thought I need to try the transcritption boost genes and the branching genes. Did anyone know how to identify the transcritption boost genes and branching genes?

Hello xiao00su, thank you for reaching out. We manually searched the boost genes and the branching genes. This question is also related to this issue. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us!
